1. Discuss details about the commission such as references for poses, outfits, backgrounds, etc.
2. The price is broken down into each part of the artwork. A 50% deposit of the prices must be paid before any progress is made.
3. Updates for progress are provided and can be revised multiple times. Sketches will provide the foundation of the artwork so once approved, major changes that causes redoing the artwork is not allowed. WIPs will be provided every 2 days or less.
4. Wait for 3 days to 2 weeks after the approved sketch for the final drawing and shown with a watermark.
5. Before final payment, make sure there are no further revisions.
6. 50% for full quality picture of art without heavy watermark📝Refund Guidelines:
- Refund of initial 50% is allowed only when there is no approved sketch yet
- Final 50% payment is non refundable since the artwork is already finished➕ Additional Note:
- I am allowed to post speedpaints and progress photos of the commission but with heavy watermark
- I have the right to decline any type of commission as I say
- I’m not allowed to cancel anything once there are already approved changes to guarantee a client will get their paid artwork
- any form of delay caused by unforeseen events (sickness, injury, etc.) will be informed with the client and they have the choice to cancel and get a refund or still avail for the commission in a discussed new date
